Does it work on coloured hair? Yes but it must have been at least two weeks before having your hair straightened and do not colour your hair for two weeks after your straightening.

Does it work on bleached hair? Yes and No. If you've had bleach applied all over your hair (or for highlight sections throughout your hair) to make you blonde for example IHR will NOT work. If you've had a little bleach applied during highlights for example sometimes (not for all-over highlights) we can achieve great results but you will need to come in for a free consultation for our assessment.

 Will it work for afro hair? This treatment has been used successfully on Afro hair but please remember a) it can take longer to perform and therefore may cost more, b) the hair must not have been treated with any other common Afro hair straightening techniques recently and c) results may vary depending on previous treatments used.

How long does the process take? Three to six hours, contingent upon length and condition ( colour, highlights, etc.) of the hair. 

How much does Thermal Reconditioning cost? This depends on the length and texture of hair. The determining factors are how much hair you have, your hair length, condition of your hair and what chemical treatments have been used in the past.

How long does the treatment last? Treated hair is straight forever! New growth is your natural texture. We touch up re-growth every3- 6 months, depending on tightness of curl.

Will I still need to blow-dry or style after the treatments? Yes, but drying time will be dramatically reduced. It really depends on the level of finish desired. Your hair will be straight and it will feel soft and silky with a lot of shine.

 What should I do after treatment? Don't wash your hair for 48 hours and don't tie or bend your hair as this can cause kinks.
